Refunds are only available if you have viewed no more than 60 minutes of total lesson content across all lessons in the course.

Our platform automatically tracks how much lesson content you have viewed and whether you have downloaded any course materials. This data is used to determine refund eligibility.
Important: Viewing time is tracked cumulatively across all lessons in a course. If you watch 30 minutes of Lesson 1 and 31 minutes of Lesson 2, your total is 61 minutes and you would no longer be eligible for a refund.

Our team will review your account activity to verify eligibility. Eligible refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days.
Subscription plans (Starter, Professional, Enterprise) can be cancelled at any time. When you cancel, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing cycle.
