By accessing or using the Thinking for a Change platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service, including students, instructors, and administrators.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

When you purchase a course or subscription, you agree to pay the listed price at the time of purchase. All prices are in US Dollars unless otherwise stated.

• Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider
• You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount
• Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect existing purchases
• Promotional discounts may be offered at our discretion and may expire without notice

If you subscribe to a plan (Starter, Professional, or Enterprise), the following terms apply:

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current billing period
• No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing cycle
• We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days' notice

When you purchase or enroll in a course, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the course content for personal, non-commercial use.

• You may stream or download course content (where available) for personal learning
• Individual course purchases provide lifetime access to the purchased course
• Subscription access is limited to the duration of your active subscription
• All course content remains the intellectual property of Thinking for a Change and its instructors

You agree not to:

• Share, redistribute, resell, or publicly display course content
• Record, screen-capture, or duplicate course videos or materials
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated tools to access or download course content
• Circumvent any technology used to protect the content or platform
• Post false reviews, misleading information, or spam
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users, instructors, or staff
• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

Certificates of completion are issued upon successfully finishing all required course modules, quizzes, and assessments. Certificates are for personal and professional development purposes and represent completion of our curriculum.

Thinking for a Change certificates are not accredited academic degrees or professional licenses. Representation of certificates as such is prohibited.

Our platform uses artificial intelligence to provide personalized assessments, recommendations, and feedback. By using these features, you acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content is for educational purposes and should not replace professional advice
• Assessment results are tools for self-improvement, not clinical diagnoses
• Your responses and interactions may be used to improve the AI system
• AI recommendations are personalized but not guaranteed to be error-free

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thinking for a Change shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Summit County, Ohio.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify users by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
